# HopeHire

> HopeHire is an AI-powered job-referral and application platform. It finds the right
> person inside a target company (recruiter, hiring manager, or employee), sends a
> personalized cold outreach email on the user's behalf from the user's own Gmail, and
> optimizes/tailors the user's resume for ATS systems. A companion Chrome extension
> autofills job-application forms (Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, LinkedIn Easy Apply, and
> similar ATS platforms) using the user's resume and profile. Free to use, no credit card
> required. Built for job seekers who get filtered out by ATS systems or have no internal

## What it does

- Finds the right contact at a target company and sends a personalized, one-at-a-time
  cold email from the user's own Gmail (not a bulk blast from a third-party server), to
  secure an internal referral.
- Rewrites and ATS-scores resumes against the language real recruiters and applicant
  tracking systems search for.
- Automatically follows up on unanswered outreach and classifies replies (interest,
  interview request, or pass).
- Chrome extension: autofills job-application forms using the user's HopeHire profile
  and resume, flags a match score against the job description, and can swap in a
  job-tailored resume before submission. Never auto-submits a form or answers
  demographic/EEO questions on the user's behalf.
- Exposes an MCP (Model Context Protocol) server so Claude, Codex, and other MCP-capable
  AI agents can directly call HopeHire's resume-tailoring, ATS-scoring, lead-finding, and
  outreach tools on behalf of a signed-in user, without a separate app.
