Use HopeHire from Claude, Codex, or any MCP agent
No new app. HopeHire speaks MCP, the open standard Claude, Codex, and other AI agents already use.
MCP (Model Context Protocol) lets an AI agent call a service's tools directly from a conversation. HopeHire runs an MCP server exposing resume tailoring, ATS scoring, lead-finding, and outreach, so once connected, you can ask your agent to do any of that using your own HopeHire account instead of opening a browser.
What you can ask it to do
- Tailor your resume to a specific job posting.
- Score your resume's ATS fit for a role.
- Find the right recruiter, hiring manager, or employee at a target company.
- Send a personalized cold-outreach email on your behalf.
How to connect
- Create a free HopeHire account.
- In HopeHire, go to Settings > Agents and create an API token.
- Add HopeHire as an MCP server in your agent: a streamable-HTTP server at your account's
/mcpendpoint, with anAuthorization: Bearer <your token>header. The in-app setup screen gives you the exact URL, config JSON, and (for Claude Code) a one-lineclaude mcp addcommand for your account. - Ask your agent to list the HopeHire tools to confirm it's connected.
Treat your API token as a secret — it grants the same access as logging into your HopeHire account. Revoke it any time from Settings > Agents.
