The HopeHire Browser Extension

AI autofill for job applications, right inside Chrome.

Install the extension, sign in with your HopeHire account, and open any job application. It fills in your details, resume, and answers to open-ended questions automatically, using the same profile and resume already in your HopeHire account.

What it does

  • Autofills job-application forms on Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, LinkedIn Easy Apply, and most other ATS platforms, including schema-driven widgets like Adobe/Phenom and Cisco/Avature.
  • Attaches your resume to the file-upload field automatically.
  • Answers open-ended application questions using your resume, falling back to AI for anything not explicitly covered, and remembers your confirmed answers so repeat questions (on this application or a future one, on any site) don't need asking twice.
  • Shows a match score against the job description and can swap in a resume tailored to that specific job before you submit.
  • Tracks every application you submit automatically, no manual logging.

What it never does

  • Never submits a form for you — you always click submit yourself.
  • Never guesses answers to demographic/EEO questions (race, ethnicity, gender identity, veteran status, disability status, religion). Those are always left for you to answer directly.

Install it

Get the HopeHire extension on the Chrome Web Store. Free, and works with your existing HopeHire account (or create one during install).

See the extension privacy page for exactly what it reads, stores, and sends.
